A "Call To Action" is a piece of content on your website - typically a graphic - that uses action-oriented language to encourage visitors to your site to DO something. What that is may vary, but your goal as an energy efficiency contractor is typically to get visitors to either call your phone or send you an email.
Calls to action should be placed prominently on your site. We recommend placing them somewhere like the sidebar, where they can appear on every page on your site without interfering with the rest of the content, or the header. It's also typically a good idea to only use one on whichever page you're working on -- that way visitors don't feel overwhelmed or unsure what to do.
